Join Bruce Jack, Michael Fridjhon, and William Stephens for an unforgettable wine escape at the breathtaking De Hoop Collection in the De Hoop Nature Reserve. This exclusive weekend is a must for wine lovers, featuring world-class tastings, insightful masterclasses, and extraordinary food and wine pairings.

Weekend Program:

• Friday Evening: Dinner & Live Music – Be among the first to taste Bruce Jack’s newly launched vintages and exciting new projects.
  • 5.30PM – Guests arrive for a glass of Penelope MCC and canapes
  • 6 PM – New Vintage and new project tasting – Presented by Bruce Jack
    • 8 wines to be tasted
  • 7 PM – Start of dinner service – Dessert to be served with the delectable Bruce Jack Bumble Bee Moscato

• Saturday Morning/Afternoon:
  • Guided Bird and Vlei walk (to be booked on arrival).
  • Origins of Early Modern Homo Sapiens presentation by Dalfrenzo Laing (guests can also book for guided tours of the exhibition).
  • 2PM – Masterclass with Michael Fridjhon: “How does the Agulhas Wine Triangle compare with the rest of the world?”
  • Additional cost: R1200 per person
  • Limited to 35 guests – first come, first serve
• Masterclass Wine Flights below:

• Saturday Evening: An Epic Wine & Dine experience—rare wines spanning 25 years from Bruce Jack’s cellar, paired with delicious cuisine and compared with iconic international wines with music by Palm Strings
  • 6 PM – Guests arrive and receive a welcome drink served with small canapes
  • 7 PM – Guest seated for Wine & Dine Experience
• Additional De Hoop Collection Activities (to be booked on arrival).

Accommodation:

There are several accommodation options to suit your preference. Prices range from R4,960 per person sharing a 4-sleeper cottage to R6,715 per person in a suite for a two-night stay.

• Meal Package: 2x Dinners (including wine) and 2x breakfasts are included for the weekend.

• Michael Fridjhon Masterclass: R1200 per person. Booked separately.
