To this end our 1.5L bag-in-box wines have been designed to be fully recyclable – a first in South Africa. The inner bag and tap mechanism of the packaging are classified as fully recyclable soft plastic. Our tap is made of clear plastic – do you know that black plastic taps can’t be detected on recycling machines?

The outer box is made from 80% recycled content and classified as fully recyclable paper. This packaging advances our sustainable goals, has lower carbon emissions and is more recyclable than bottles.
