With a touch of Roussanne bringing extra fresh acidity to this flavoursome blend from Ed Adams MW and Bruce Jack, this Spanish dry white displays ripe peach, pear and tropical fruit flavours all nicely contained in a well-balanced wine with refreshingly grapefruity finish.
Goes with: aperitif wine; party wine; pizza and pasta; tapas; fish and seafood.
